Russ touches on many different sectors of real estate investing with simple to use plans. Though the book drags a bit at times with what seem to be repeating information. May be a bit too much information to swallow for a first book. It does give real life stories of people who have used his investment secrets. Very good book to read after Real Estate Riches so you can compare the somewhat similar and the very different approaches to real estate investing. Recommendation 3.5 out of 5
